🐕 Kalliala Dog Park – community outdoor activities
Sastamala’s first dog park opened in May 2024 in Kalliala, at Teollisuuskatu 9. The park is divided into two sections: fenced areas for small and large dogs. The area features a natural forest section as well as a paw-friendly mix of sand and wood chips on the flat areas. The fences are two meters high, and the entrance has a double-gate (airlock) for safe transitions. A parking area along Teollisuuskatu is reserved for visitors arriving by car, about 100 meters from the gate.

🌲 Taikakallio Small Dog Forest – a peaceful escape in nature
Located at Irriäistentie 360, Taikakallio Small Dog Forest offers a fenced forest area where dogs can roam freely and safely. The forest can be rented for private use, so you can enjoy nature in peace with your dog. Reservations are made in advance, and the area also offers the possibility of overnight stays in a laavu (lean-to shelter) and sauna use. Prices start from 20€/ hour.
